1. UK Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • UK Delivery Options:

    • Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): Delivery within 3–5 business days.

    • Express UK Delivery: Delivery within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain threshold.

  • Customs & Import Duties (UK): For orders shipped within the UK, no additional customs duties apply. For international orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

2. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Policy)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, our policy complies with UK and international consumer regulations:

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused & Unworn: Items must be in their original, unworn, and pristine condition.

  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, certificates, tags, and protective seals must be intact and undamaged.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included inside the return package.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Risks

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, the direct costs of return shipping are borne by the customer.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a tracked postal or courier service with insurance coverage, as Gift of Gold Limited cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit during a customer return.

6. Refunds

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
